

They put me on hold twice to supposedly talk to their supervisor but I was still told there was nothing they could do. This year Norton again charged me $65 for an auto-renew subscription. My bank wouldnt do anything to stop or reverse the charge so I removed auto-renew again from my account and took extra precautions to make sure that it was deactivated. For some reason I was charged in January 2022 for a new subscription. Two years ago I opted out of auto-renew on my Norton Antivirus subscription. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH NORTON LIFELOCK AND RECOMMEND THE SAME TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND THE CALL CENTERS ARE IN FOREIGN COUNTRY SO THE PERSON YOU HAVE THE MISFORTUNE OF SPEAKING TO HAS SUCH A HEAVY ACCENT YOU CAN HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. THE PROPERTY WE CURRENTLY OWN IS NOT ON MY ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T ACCESS THAT INFORMATION TO CORRECT IT.
